(CSI). CSI based in Edmonton, Alberta is a leading supplier for industrial supplies. We at Presco are proud to call CSI one of our featured distributors in the area of marking products and safety products. CSI supplies everything from the Oil Industry (stake flags and roll flagging) to the Safety Industry (caution tape and barricade tape). CSI has been around since 1911 and grew to 22 locations across Canada.
Motion Industries announced the acquisition agreement in December of 2013 and completed the acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding common shares of CSI by February of 2014. With annual sales of $4.5 billion, Motion Industries is a leading industrial parts distributor of bearings, mechanical power transmission, electrical and industrial automation, hydraulic and industrial hose, hydraulic and pneumatic components, industrial products, safety products, and material handling.
