What is Semi-Rigid Film?
Simply put, the flexibility of PVC is determined by the amount of plasticizers it contains. The lower the plasticizer-level, the less flexible the film.
- 3 mil – 20 mil thickness
- Stiffness: 20-26 PHR for our capabilities
- Tensile strength: Can be modified to fit your specifications.

Rigid PVC
Less Flexible- 0% plasticizer content
- Rigid PVC is commonly used in municipal and industrial applications such as sewer and water pipe.
Semi-Rigid PVC
Medium Flexibility- 25% plasticizer content
- Used for applications such as vinyl flooring, flexible piping, advertising banners, and book covers.
Flexible PVC
More Flexible- 33%+ plasticizer content
- Used everywhere in countless applications such as clothing, inflatables, and medical applications.
